What's Next? Nuda's Journey Continues

Does a story ever end, even if the author has written the last word? Long after we turn the final page, the characters and the world they inhabit linger in our minds, sparking questions and igniting our imaginations. I know I've read books that linger over a decade after putting them down. As an author, there's a unique thrill in knowing that the story doesn't have to end there, that there's always the potential for more. And for those of you who have journeyed with me through "Around the World, Heaven to Hell," I'm excited to tell you that Nuda's story is far from over.

First, I want to express my sincere gratitude to every reader who has made it through Nuda's first ten years in "Around the World, Heaven to Hell." Your support, enthusiasm, and engagement with the characters and themes have been incredible. "Around the World, Heaven to Hell," as you know, was a descent into chaos and a brutal awakening. It was the story of Nuda's emergence into a world of violence, his struggle to understand his powers, and his complex relationships with those who shaped his early existence. It was a story of loss, discovery, and the raw power of the human spirit.

But the end of that book was not the end of the journey. It was merely the end of the beginning.

I'm thrilled to officially announce that the next chapter in Nuda's saga is on the horizon. Be prepared for the next chaotic entry into the world Nuda inhabits. I have set to release the sequel, titled "Creation of a New Nation," on June 20th. I'm working tirelessly to bring the full story of Nuda's life to you, and I can't wait for you to dive back in with this next installment.

"Creation of a New Nation" begins directly where "Around the World, Heaven to Hell" left off. It follows Nuda as he navigates the aftermath of the events in the first book and embarks on a new and monumental task: building the nation Rithsanis desired for him. This is not just about drawing lines on a map; it's about forging a society, establishing laws, and grappling with the immense responsibility that comes with wielding power on such a scale. To enact such a thing is a responsibility that Nuda may handle with grace or collapse from the burdensome pressure.

The grand scope of this sequel is significant and explores more of the world that I've shown and what I have not. The scenery expands, the stakes are higher, and the challenges Nuda faces are more brutally complex and multifaceted. Imagine the scale of building a nation from a literal nothingness, the exhausting political landscape, the unbalanced power dynamic, and the constant threat he places upon the world and the world upon his nation. Whether it's the physical origins, bursting from the bottom of the ocean, or its spirit being designed by Rithsanis and brought to life by Nuda, this new land is rife with possibilities. That's what I've prepared through the writing of "Creation of a New Nation."

However, "Creation of a New Nation" is not simply a narrative of nation-building. It's also a story about the enduring consequences of trauma. And this is where the narrative takes a darker, more challenging turn. It delves deeper into the abysmal world that Nuda inhabits, a world that may be no darker than the one we reside in.

The events of "Around the World, Heaven to Hell" left deep scars on Nuda; regardless of no physical damage, infinite psychological turmoil remains. The violence, the loss, and the sheer brutality of his early experiences have shaped him in profound ways. In "Creation of a New Nation," we see the manifestation of that trauma in a devastating and horrifying act: a genocide under the guise of freedom.

I know this is a sensitive and heartbreaking subject matter, and I want to assure you that it's not handled lightly. It's not gratuitous or sensationalized. Instead, it's an exploration of the destructive power of unchecked trauma, accompanied by a human with insanely powerful capabilities. Only through Nuda can we see the corrupting influence of absolute power and the terrifying potential for violence that lies within him alone.

This sequel delves into uncomfortable questions:

  • How does trauma warp our perception of the world?

  • What are the limits of forgiveness and redemption?

  • Can Nuda wield power without ever being corrupted by it?

  • How does the cycle of violence perpetuate itself, and can the traumatized ever break it?

These are not easy questions to answer, and "Creation of a New Nation" doesn't provide simple solutions. Instead, it invites readers to confront these complex themes alongside Nuda, to grapple with the moral ambiguity and the complexities of human nature. No one should be envious of Nuda's journey or his power, but we should be uncomfortable with his potential and thankful we are not him.

In addition to Nuda's continued journey, "Creation of a New Nation" introduces new characters who will play pivotal roles in the unfolding drama and discover more about those whom we already know. These characters bring their perspectives, motivations, and conflicts, further enriching the narrative. You'll encounter individuals who challenge Nuda's authority, succumb to his will, and ultimately force him to confront the darkest parts of himself. The relationships between these characters strengthen and wane over time, but the final outcome has yet to unfold.

The nature and quantity of conflicts in "Creation of a New Nation" are also more brutal and chaotic. While the action and power dynamics of the first book are still present, Nuda seeks to dominate rather than to build relationships, clashing with preconceived ideals and decimating well-held beliefs. The world established in "Around the World, Heaven to Hell" expands significantly, revealing new consequences, powerful forces, and pains. You'll delve deeper into the lore of this world, uncovering secrets and realities that will challenge your sensibilities and either harden your hearts or cause you to cower behind comforting thoughts.

I don't want to give too much away, which is why I've been rather vague and broad in my info dump. But I can promise you that "Creation of a New Nation" will take you on a journey that is both epic in scope and deeply chaotic in its exploration of the human condition.

While "Around the World, Heaven to Hell" certainly had its share of action and exploration of power, "Creation of a New Nation" elevates the thematic depth to a whole new level. The sequel is not just about battles and displays of strength; it's about the moral complexities of leadership, the burden of responsibility, and the enduring struggle between good and evil within the human heart.

There are groups within the next installment that are pure evil, hidden under a thin film of money and power. However, the characters themselves in "Creation of a New Nation" are not simply good or evil; they drive themselves by complex motivations, shaped by their past experiences, and forced to make difficult choices with far-reaching consequences. This moral ambiguity allows for a more nuanced exploration of the themes, challenging readers to question their assumptions and beliefs. I hope you'll find groups that you either love or hate and characters that make you feel just as decisive.

"Creation of a New Nation" is, in a way, a more mature and introspective work than its predecessor. It builds upon the foundation laid in "Around the World, Heaven to Hell," delving deeper into the psychological and philosophical implications of Nuda's birth and trauma. It's a story that will stay with you long after you've finished reading, prompting you to reflect on the nature of power, the cycle of violence, and the enduring human capacity for both destruction and creation. If "Around the World, Heaven to Hell" caused discomfort, wincing at the narrative or anything similar, then this next installment will leave you cowering behind creature comforts.

Writing "Creation of a New Nation" was an incredible journey for me as an author. The painful pursuit of discovering what the next portion of Nuda's life held has been, at times, emotionally draining. I would be lying if I claimed to have written portions of this book without internal conflict and pain. Exploring the darker aspects of human nature and delving into the complexities of trauma has required me to push my boundaries and confront horrific concepts.

There have been moments of fear, doubt, and sheer exhilaration when the story came together in a way that exceeded my expectations. I've learned so much about myself as a writer and my willingness to write about things that I have no desire to see or experience. The pain and trauma that so many have gone through while having no one to save them, but this time they do, but at what cost?

I'm currently in the final stages of editing "Creation of a New Nation," thoroughly refining every sentence and ensuring that the story is as powerful and impactful as possible. I'm filled with a mix of excitement and trembling as I prepare to share this new chapter with you. I genuinely believe that it's a story worth telling, a story that will resonate with readers on a deep and meaningful level.

What excites me most about this sequel is Nuda's transformation and the sheer chaos that unfolds in the world around him. Seeing how he has changed, how his experiences have shaped him, and how that translates into the events of "Creation of a New Nation" has been both fascinating and, more often than not, unsettling. The world itself becomes a character, reacting to Nuda's actions and evolving in unexpected ways. You'll read about characters from presidents to pirates, from slaves to CEO's and each with their own perspectives, lifestyles, and personalities.

I'm eager to hear your thoughts, your questions, and your expectations for "Creation of a New Nation." What are you most excited to see explored in the sequel? What questions do you have about Nuda's journey or the new characters? What are your theories about the direction of the story?
